LandGlide pricing at a glance
These are the prices LandGlide publishes on its pricing and corporate account pages at the time of writing. App store prices can differ slightly by platform and region, so check before you subscribe.
| Plan | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Free trial | 0 USD for 7 days | Full access to test the parcel data in your area |
| Personal monthly | 9.99 USD per user per month | Unlimited use of the mobile and desktop versions |
| Personal yearly | 99.99 USD per user per year (about 8.33 USD per month) | The same access, two months cheaper than paying monthly |
| Corporate | Monthly, quarterly or yearly billing with seat discounts | Bulk licenses, add and remove users at any time, one place to manage seats |
Every plan uses the same data set: LandGlide lists about 157 million parcel records across more than 3,200 counties, with owner name, mailing address, site address, acreage, square footage, school district, sale price and transfer date where the county publishes them.
LandGlide corporate account pricing by number of users
Teams pay less per seat as they add users. Here is what the published discount tiers do to the yearly price of one seat, starting from 99.99 USD.
| Users | Discount | About per user per year | Example yearly total |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 to 5 | 10 percent | 90 USD | 5 users, about 450 USD |
| 6 to 10 | 15 percent | 85 USD | 10 users, about 850 USD |
| 11 to 20 | 25 percent | 75 USD | 20 users, about 1,500 USD |
| 21 to 50 | 35 percent | 65 USD | 50 users, about 3,250 USD |
| 51 to 100 | 45 percent | 55 USD | 100 users, about 5,500 USD |
| 101 or more | 50 percent | 50 USD | 150 users, about 7,500 USD |
The totals are our arithmetic on the published tiers, rounded. Utility crews, oil and gas landmen and survey firms are the typical buyers at the top of the table. A two person land flipping business pays about 180 USD a year for both seats.
Is LandGlide worth the cost for a land investor?
For finding and checking land, yes. 100 USD a year is cheap for a GPS blue dot on the parcel, the owner's mailing address and the boundary on your phone while you stand on the road. If you drive to properties, show land to buyers or check neighbors before you make an offer, it pays for itself on the first trip.
Where the price stops being the whole story is the step after the map. LandGlide shows the parcel's own numbers: the county's assessed figures and the last recorded sale. It does not show comparable land sales or tell you what the land is worth today. The assessed value is a tax figure, and the last sale may be a family transfer or ten years old, so neither is a safe base for an offer.
That means a land investor using LandGlide usually pays for a second step somewhere: time spent pulling sales by hand from county records and listing sites, a land data platform, or a pricing tool.
What a land deal really costs in tools, LandGlide included
Here is a realistic monthly tool budget for an investor who mails 2,000 blind offers a month in two rural counties and visits the parcels that respond.
| Item | Monthly cost | Job it does |
|---|---|---|
| LandGlide, yearly plan | about 8 USD | Parcel lines and owner data in the field |
| Lead list from a land data platform | 60 to 200 USD | Pulling and filtering the owners you mail |
| Pricing every row of the list | 99 USD on LandPricer Pro, billed yearly | Market value, confidence and max offer per parcel |
| Printing and postage | 1,200 to 2,000 USD | The letters themselves, at 0.60 to 1.00 USD each |
The map app is the smallest line on the bill. The expensive mistakes come from the letters: offers mailed on a bad number either get no answers or get accepted on land worth less than you paid. Pricing the list before it prints protects most of the budget. Read how that works in blind offer pricing software.
If the parcels you buy are large, wooded or hard to walk, a drone flight gives you a current aerial view and terrain model that a county parcel layer cannot, and drone mapping software turns the flight into a measurable map you can share with a buyer.
LandGlide cost compared with other parcel and land tools
| Tool | Starting price at the time of writing | Best at |
|---|---|---|
| LandGlide | 9.99 USD per month or 99.99 USD per year | Property lines and owner lookups on a phone |
| Regrid Property App | Pro 10 USD per month or 100 USD per year | Parcel maps and spreadsheet exports, 5,000 rows a month on Pro |
| Land ID | Paid plans from 7 USD per user per month billed yearly | Parcel maps you build and share, used by brokers |
| Land Portal | 59 USD per month, Starter | Land filters, leads and MLS research in one place |
| LandPricer | 39 USD per month billed yearly, Investor | Land value from adjusted comps with a confidence range and a max offer |
LandGlide, Regrid and Land ID compete on maps. Land Portal competes on leads and research. LandPricer does the pricing step none of the map apps cover, so it usually sits next to one of them rather than replacing it. We set the two side by side on the LandGlide alternative page, and break down a lead platform in Land Portal pricing.
What to use for the price once LandGlide shows you the parcel
Copy the APN from the parcel card in LandGlide and paste it into LandPricer with the state and county. In about 30 seconds you get:
- A market value built from recorded vacant land sales near the parcel, not from the tax roll
- Every comp with its distance, sale date and the adjustments applied for size, time, road access, flood zone, wetlands and utilities
- A 20th to 80th percentile range and a High, Medium or Low confidence label
- Risk flags for flood, wetlands, slope, soil, road distance and utilities
- A max offer for flip, wholesale, seller financing, build or hold
For a whole mailing list, upload the CSV to bulk land pricing and every row comes back priced. The Investor plan is 39 USD per month billed yearly for single parcels, and Pro adds 5,000 bulk rows a month for 99 USD per month billed yearly.
LandGlide cost questions
How much does LandGlide cost per month?
LandGlide costs 9.99 USD per user per month on the monthly plan. On the yearly plan it is 99.99 USD per user, which works out to about 8.33 USD a month. Both include the mobile app and the desktop version, and a 7 day free trial comes before the first charge.
Is there a free version of LandGlide?
No. LandGlide offers a 7 day free trial, then asks for a monthly or yearly subscription. County GIS viewers show similar boundary data without a fee, but you lose the phone GPS and the nationwide search.
Does LandGlide offer a discount for teams?
Yes. Corporate accounts for 2 or more users get 10 percent off for 2 to 5 users, 15 percent for 6 to 10, 25 percent for 11 to 20, 35 percent for 21 to 50, 45 percent for 51 to 100 and 50 percent for 101 or more. Billing can be monthly, quarterly or yearly.
Does LandGlide show property value?
LandGlide shows the values the county publishes for the parcel, such as assessed or market value on the tax roll, and the last sale price and transfer date. It does not estimate what the land would sell for today and does not list comparable sales, so investors price offers in a separate tool.
How do I cancel a LandGlide subscription?
If you subscribed through the iPhone or Android app, cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play subscriptions, because the app store handles the billing. If you subscribed on the LandGlide website or through a corporate account, cancel from your account there or through LandGlide support.
What is cheaper than LandGlide?
Few paid parcel apps are cheaper. Regrid Pro is about the same at 10 USD a month, and Land ID starts at 7 USD per user per month billed yearly. County GIS viewers cost nothing but work one county at a time. For pricing land rather than mapping it, compare cost per priced parcel instead of the subscription.
