LandPricer is operated by the company shown in the image below, which is the controller of your personal data.

02What data we collect
- Account data. Your email address, a hashed password and the date you confirmed your email.
- Valuation data. The APNs, addresses, map points and boundaries you enter, the valuations you run, and the lists you upload.
- Work data. Offers, notes, documents, tasks and pipeline stages you save in the CRM.
- Billing data. Your plan, billing history and invoices. Card details are entered on the payment operator's page and never reach our servers.
- Technical data. IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, referring page and campaign parameters, and the time of each request.
- Messages. What you write to [email protected].
Public parcel records can contain owner names and mailing addresses. When a plan includes owner data, that information comes from public and licensed records and is processed only for the purposes described below.

04Who receives your data
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf, under contract and only for the purposes above:
- Hosting and data center provider
- Email delivery provider
- Payment operator
- Providers of parcel, sales and map data, which receive the parcel queries needed to return results but not your account details
- Analytics provider, only with your consent
- Accounting and legal advisers, where needed
Authorities receive data only when the law requires it.
05International transfers
Some providers process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Economic Area. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
06How long we keep data
- Account, valuation and CRM data, for as long as your account is active, then up to 30 days for deletion from live systems
- Valuations run without an account, 30 days
- Billing records, as long as tax and accounting law requires
- Technical logs, up to 12 months
- Backups roll off on their normal schedule
07Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. California residents can ask what personal information we collect and to delete it, and we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To use any right, write to [email protected]. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Landowners
If your name or mailing address appears in public parcel records and you do not want it used for outreach through LandPricer, write to [email protected] with the parcel APN, state and county. We exclude it from owner data on our platform.
08Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember your choices and protect forms from abuse. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice anytime from the cookie settings link in the footer.
09Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, passwords are stored as salted hashes, and access inside our team is limited to people who need it. Land data security.
10Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top and tell account holders by email about material changes.
