Parcel data API for land valuation and comps
The LandPricer parcel data API returns land valuations, comparable sales and parcel facts for US parcels over REST. Send an APN, an address or coordinates and get market value, range, confidence, price per acre and comps as JSON. Bulk jobs and monitoring report back through webhooks.

Keys, limits and security
- API keys are created in your account and can be rotated or revoked anytime.
- Every key has a role and its calls appear in the audit log.
- Rate limits and monthly call limits follow your plan.
- All traffic uses HTTPS. Requests without a valid key are refused.
- Webhooks are signed so you can verify they come from LandPricer.

Which plans include the API?
Scale includes 100,000 calls a month and Enterprise 300,000 calls a month with a 99.9 percent uptime SLA.
Can I store the data I get from the API?
You can store valuations and comps you receive for use inside your own business. Reselling raw parcel or sales data is not allowed under the Terms.
Is there a sandbox?
Every key can run in test mode, which returns fixed responses in the real format without counting toward your limits.

The full reference with request and response schemas opens in your account once your plan includes the API.
