Land collateral valuation for lenders and funds
Land collateral valuation estimates what land securing a loan or held in a fund is worth and how reliable that estimate is. LandPricer screens collateral and whole portfolios at scale with comps based values, confidence ranges, flood and access checks and ongoing monitoring. It is not an appraisal and does not replace one where regulation requires it.
What LandPricer does for land collateral valuation
Land is the hardest collateral to watch. Sales are sparse, values move by county, and a parcel's worth depends on access and flood as much as acreage. LandPricer gives credit and portfolio teams a consistent first look at every parcel.

Collateral screening, not an appraisal
LandPricer is not an appraisal. Where regulation, your credit policy or a court requires an appraisal by a licensed appraiser, you still order one. LandPricer helps you decide where that spending matters most, find collateral whose value has drifted, and keep the whole book under watch between appraisals.

Questions lenders and funds ask
Is LandPricer an appraisal?
No. LandPricer does not replace an appraisal where regulation requires one. It screens collateral and portfolios at scale and documents the comps behind each estimate.
How does LandPricer value land in non-disclosure states?
It uses comps from neighboring disclosure counties adjusted by the ratio of USDA county land data, an assessment implied value and USDA cropland or pasture value per acre as a rural floor. Confidence is capped at Medium and the method is named.
Can we set our own score weights?
Yes. Enterprise includes custom weights for the LandPricer Score, so ranking reflects your credit policy.
Is our loan data kept private?
Yes. Uploaded lists stay private to your account and are never sold or shared. Enterprise adds SSO, SCIM and an audit log.
Do you offer an API?
Yes. Scale includes 100,000 calls a month and Enterprise 300,000 calls with a 99.9 SLA.
