Your parcel lists, offers and pipeline are your competitive edge. LandPricer keeps them private to your account, encrypts them in transit and at rest, limits who on your team can see what, logs access, and never sells or shares the parcels you upload.

Your lists stay yours

Uploaded parcel lists, valuations, offers, notes and CRM records are visible only to your account and the seats you add.

We never sell, share or rent uploaded parcels or your pipeline.

Sold and purchased prices you record improve the county adjustments only in aggregate, never as a visible comp for anyone else.

If you find a vulnerability, write to [email protected] with the details. We answer every report and do not take action against good faith research that avoids harm to customers and their data.
Land data security questions
Who can see the parcels I upload?
Only you and the seats you add to your account, according to the roles you set.
Do you sell my data?
No. We never sell or share your uploaded parcels, valuations, offers or CRM data.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can delete individual lists or your whole account from the settings. Deletion removes the data from the live system, and backups roll off on their normal schedule.
