PRYCD pricing and cost of every plan and per record fee

PRYCD pricing starts at 24.99 USD a month for Bronze, 49.99 USD a month for Bronze Plus and 499 USD a year for Gold, each with a 14 day trial. On top of the plan you pay per use: 0.08 USD per exported owner or property record, 0.03 USD per record to price an uploaded list, 2.00 USD per comp report and 0.09 USD per skip trace.

PRYCD is cheap to start. LandPricer shows the comps and confidence behind every price. 3 valuations without an account.

PRYCD plans and prices

PRYCD is a land data and pricing tool used mostly by land flippers who mail blind offers. The figures below come from PRYCD's own plans and pricing page as we read it in October 2026. Bronze and Bronze Plus are billed monthly, and Gold is billed once a year.

Land flipper budgeting a mail campaign with a calculator, envelopes and a parcel list
Plan Price What it adds
Bronze 24.99 USD a month Research and analytics, comps, owner and property export, list upload pricing, comp reports
Bronze Plus 49.99 USD a month Everything in Bronze, plus comp and PRYCD data export, a polygon drawing search tool and free external list scrubbing
Gold 499 USD a year, about 41.58 USD a month Everything in Bronze Plus, plus free campaign map generation, 20 free comp reports a month, 0.01 USD off every export record and free road access, waterfront and topography analysis

Gold is the cheapest plan per month once you commit for a year, and it is the only one that includes comp reports and the access, waterfront and topography checks. If you plan to mail more than a couple of months, Gold usually wins over Bronze Plus, which costs about 600 USD over the same 12 months.

PRYCD per record fees

The plan is the small part of the bill. Most of what an active investor pays PRYCD comes from usage, priced per record.

Item Price
Owner and property export 0.08 USD per record, 0.07 USD on Gold
List upload pricing (price an outside list) 0.03 USD per record
Comp report 2.00 USD each, 20 a month included on Gold
Skip tracing 0.09 USD per record
External list scrubbing Included on Bronze Plus and Gold
AI research and the API Not priced on the plans page; the APIs are sold through a public API marketplace

Two of these lines drive the cost. Exporting a county list at 0.08 USD a record means 10,000 records cost 800 USD before a single letter is printed. Pricing a list you bought elsewhere is cheaper at 0.03 USD a record, so 10,000 rows cost 300 USD.

What a year of PRYCD really costs a land flipper

Here is our arithmetic for a solo investor on Gold who prices 2,000 outside records a month for blind offers, skip traces the 500 owners who matter most and orders 10 comp reports a month.

Line First year cost
PRYCD Gold, billed yearly 499 USD
List upload pricing, 24,000 records at 0.03 USD 720 USD
Skip tracing, 6,000 records at 0.09 USD 540 USD
Comp reports, 120 a year (inside the 20 a month on Gold) 0 USD
PRYCD total about 1,760 USD
Print and postage, 24,000 letters at 0.60 to 1.00 USD 14,400 to 24,000 USD

The same volume on Bronze Plus costs about 600 USD for the plan plus 720 USD for list pricing, 540 USD for skip tracing and 240 USD for comp reports, roughly 2,100 USD a year. Either way the software is under a tenth of the campaign. The mail is the budget, so the quality of the offer printed on each letter is what decides whether the year makes money.

What PRYCD's price buys and what it leaves to you

PRYCD gives you a market value estimate and an offer on every row, and its offers default to 25 percent of that estimate, which you change per market. For a flipper who mails tens of thousands of letters and accepts that some offers miss, that is a fair deal at this price.

What the plans page does not list is a confidence label per parcel or line by line comp adjustments for access, flood zone and wetlands. A value built from three distant sales looks the same on the sheet as one built from twenty close ones. In practice that means checking weak rows by hand, or finding out on the callback when the seller laughs at the number.

That is the step LandPricer covers. Upload the same list and every row comes back with a market value from adjusted land comps, a 20th to 80th percentile range, a High, Medium or Low confidence label and a max offer for a cash flip, a wholesale or seller financing. Low confidence rows are flagged before the letters print. The PRYCD alternative page has the full side by side, and bulk land pricing shows the file in and the file out. For owners who never answer the letter, many flippers follow up with a cold text campaign to land sellers a week after the drop.

PRYCD pricing compared with other land data and pricing tools

Entry prices at the time of writing, from each vendor's public pricing page.

Tool Entry price Per record or per lead fees Value per parcel with confidence
PRYCD 24.99 USD a month, Gold 499 USD a year Export 0.08, list upload 0.03, skip trace 0.09 USD Estimate and offer, confidence not listed
Land Portal Starter 59 USD a month Leads 0.06 to 0.08 USD, skip trace from 0.05 USD AI reports from Advanced, confidence not listed
Land Insights Starter 47 USD a month, Pro from 547 USD a month Export 0.08 USD on Starter, 0.05 USD on Pro 5 comp reports a month on Starter, unlimited on Pro, confidence not listed
LandPricer Investor 39 USD a month billed yearly 5,000 bulk rows a month included on Pro Yes, High, Medium or Low on every value

PRYCD is the cheapest way to put a number on a large list. LandPricer costs more per month, from 39 USD billed yearly on Investor and 99 USD on Pro with 5,000 priced rows included, and you pay that for itemized comps and a confidence label on every row. Plan details are on the LandPricer pricing page, and the Land Portal pricing breakdown has the per lead math for that tool.

PRYCD pricing questions

How much does PRYCD cost?

PRYCD costs 24.99 USD a month on Bronze, 49.99 USD a month on Bronze Plus or 499 USD a year on Gold. Usage is extra: 0.08 USD per exported record, 0.03 USD per uploaded list record, 2.00 USD per comp report and 0.09 USD per skip trace. A solo flipper pricing 2,000 records a month spends about 1,760 USD a year on Gold.

Does PRYCD have a free trial?

Yes. Each PRYCD plan lists a 14 day free trial on its pricing page. Per record charges such as exports, list uploads and skip tracing still apply during the trial, so set a small test list first. LandPricer lets you price 3 parcels without an account if you want to compare the two on the same parcels.

Is PRYCD worth it?

PRYCD is worth it for a land flipper on a tight budget who mails large blind offer campaigns and accepts that some offers miss. It is less of a fit when you need to explain a value to a seller, a lender or a partner, because its plans page lists no confidence label or line by line comp adjustments per parcel.

Is PRYCD Gold better than Bronze Plus?

For anyone using PRYCD longer than about 10 months, yes. Gold costs 499 USD a year against roughly 600 USD for 12 months of Bronze Plus, and it adds 20 free comp reports a month, a 0.01 USD discount on every export record, campaign maps and road access, waterfront and topography analysis.

Does PRYCD have an API?

Yes. PRYCD lists a Pricing API, a Comp API and a Comp Report API, sold through a public API marketplace rather than on its own plans page, so the API price depends on the tier you pick there. LandPricer includes valuation, comps and bulk endpoints on its Scale and Enterprise plans, described on the land value API page.

What is a good alternative to PRYCD?

For itemized comps and a confidence label on every parcel, LandPricer is the closest alternative. For leads plus mapping, Land Portal and Land Insights are the common picks. For a full land CRM with mail, Pebble REI is the usual comparison, covered in our Pebble REI pricing post.
