Acres.com plans and prices

Acres is the land research map built by the team behind AcreTrader. The prices below come from acres.com/pricing as we read it in October 2026. The page shows the yearly price as a monthly rate, so we multiplied it out to show what you actually pay in a year.

Land investor at a desk comparing land data subscriptions on a laptop next to a county plat book
Plan Billed monthly Billed yearly Cost of a year Built for
Free account 0 USD 0 USD 0 USD Basic parcel lookups
Plus 9.99 USD a month 7.49 USD a month 119.88 USD monthly, 89.88 USD yearly Owner lookup and recreation
Pro 124.99 USD a month 94.99 USD a month 1,499.88 USD monthly, 1,139.88 USD yearly Land valuation and prospecting
Enterprise Custom Custom Quoted by sales Teams, skip tracing, letters, zoning

The 7 day trial on the pricing page is for Acres Plus. The page does not say whether Pro or Enterprise come with a trial, and it does not list seat counts for any plan, so a team should ask sales how many users each subscription covers before it buys several.

What each Acres.com plan includes

Plus is a hunting, recreation and owner lookup plan. It shows owner names and mailing addresses, elevation, flood, wetlands and recreation layers, historical imagery, land listings, KML and KMZ upload, offline areas and route tracking. It caps you at 5 shareable maps, 2 property reports and 2 aerial maps.

Pro is the plan land professionals buy. On top of Plus it adds:

  • property taxes, assessment details, legal descriptions and county use codes,
  • sold land data, updated weekly,
  • valuation reports with your own branding and cover page,
  • unlimited property reports, aerial maps and shareable maps,
  • KML and CSV export,
  • advanced parcel search filters,
  • lead lists, sold as a paid add on.

Enterprise keeps everything in Pro and adds skip tracing, handwritten letters, mortgage data, zoning, utilities and water and sewer lines, recent imagery, more than 15,000 extra data layers, DeedAI deed mapping, a site planner, uploading your own sales data, collaborative maps and a dedicated client success manager.

What Acres.com really costs a land investor in the first year

For a solo investor who wants to price deals, Plus is not enough: it has no sold land data and no valuation reports. So the real starting point is Pro. Here is our arithmetic for one investor on Pro billed yearly, mailing 1,000 offers a month.

Line First year cost
Acres Pro, billed yearly 1,139.88 USD
Lead lists Paid add on, price not published
Skip tracing Not on Pro, Enterprise only or a separate vendor
Mailing list from a data vendor, 12,000 records at about 0.06 to 0.08 USD 720 to 960 USD
Print and postage, 12,000 letters at 0.60 to 1.00 USD 7,200 to 12,000 USD
Total before lead list add ons about 9,060 to 14,100 USD

The subscription is 8 to 13 percent of that budget. Mail is the rest, which is why the number printed on each letter matters more than the software line. Pro gives you sold land data and valuation reports, but you still open each parcel, pick the sales and set the offer yourself. At 1,000 letters a month, nobody does that by hand for every row.

What Acres Pro does not price for you

Acres Pro is strong research: you get weekly sold land data, parcel facts and branded reports for a parcel you are looking at. Its pricing page does not list uploading your own list of parcels and getting back a value, a range and an offer on every row, and it does not show a confidence label per value.

That is the step LandPricer covers. Export the parcels with APN, county and state, upload the file to bulk land pricing, and each row comes back with a market value from adjusted land comps, a 20th to 80th percentile range, a High, Medium or Low confidence label and a max offer for a cash flip, a wholesale or seller financing. Rows with Low confidence are flagged before the letters print. The full side by side is on our Acres.com alternative page.

If you skip trace the owners elsewhere and plan to call or text them, keep a dated record of consent for calls and texts next to each lead, because the rules on automated calls and texts to cell phones apply to land sellers too.

Acres.com pricing compared with other land tools

Entry prices from each vendor's public pricing page at the time of writing. These tools do different jobs, so the cheapest line is not always the cheapest stack.

Tool Entry paid plan Professional plan Main job Value with confidence per parcel
Acres.com Plus 7.49 USD a month billed yearly Pro 94.99 USD a month billed yearly Land map, sold land data, reports Valuation reports, confidence not listed
LandGlide 9.99 USD a month Seat discounts for teams Parcel map on a phone No
AcreValue Enthusiast 15 USD a month Commercial 149 USD a month per state Farm land values and soils Not listed
Land Portal Starter 59 USD a month Pro from 199 USD a month Leads, maps, skip tracing Not listed
PRYCD Bronze 24.99 USD a month Gold 499 USD a year Land comps and list pricing Estimate and offer, confidence not listed
LandPricer Investor 39 USD a month billed yearly Pro 99 USD a month billed yearly Valuation, adjusted comps, list pricing, offers Yes, High, Medium or Low on every value

Many land investors keep a map app for field work and buy a pricing tool for the list. Acres Plus at 7.49 USD a month plus LandPricer Pro at 99 USD a month, both billed yearly, comes to about 106 USD a month, close to Acres Pro alone, with every row of the list priced. The LandGlide cost, AcreValue Pro pricing and PRYCD pricing posts have the full numbers for those tools.

Which Acres.com plan fits which buyer

  • A hunter, recreational buyer or landowner who wants owner names and boundaries: Plus, billed yearly, is the cheapest paid plan on the market for that job.
  • A land broker or appraiser who studies one parcel at a time and sends branded reports to clients: Pro, mainly for weekly sold land data, valuation reports and unlimited maps.
  • A land team that also needs skip tracing, letters, zoning and shared maps in one place: Enterprise, after a quote.
  • A land investor who mails offers in volume: a pricing tool such as LandPricer for the list, and Plus or Pro only if you also want the map. Our land flipping software page shows how the stack fits together.

Acres.com pricing questions

How much does Acres.com cost?

Acres.com costs 9.99 USD a month for Plus and 124.99 USD a month for Pro when billed monthly. Billed yearly, the same plans are 7.49 and 94.99 USD a month, which is 89.88 and 1,139.88 USD a year. Enterprise is priced by quote, and a free account gives basic parcel lookups.

Does Acres.com have a free trial?

Yes, for Plus. The Acres pricing page offers a 7 day free trial of Acres Plus and a free account with basic features. It does not list a trial for Pro or Enterprise. To test valuations on your own parcels first, LandPricer gives 3 valuations without an account.

What is the difference between Acres Plus and Acres Pro?

Plus covers owner lookup, recreation layers and listings with 2 property reports and 2 aerial maps. Pro adds sold land data updated weekly, valuation reports, property taxes and assessment details, KML and CSV export, advanced search, unlimited reports and lead lists as a paid add on.

Is Acres Pro worth it?

Acres Pro is worth it for brokers, appraisers and buyers who research parcels one at a time and need sold land data and branded reports. It is less of a fit for investors who mail thousands of offers, because Pro does not list pricing a whole uploaded list with a confidence label, and skip tracing sits on Enterprise.

Does Acres.com include skip tracing?

Not on Plus or Pro. Skip tracing, handwritten letters and mortgage data are Enterprise features on the Acres pricing page, and Enterprise is priced by quote. Investors on Pro usually skip trace through a separate vendor.

Is there a cheaper alternative to Acres Pro for pricing land?

For pricing lists, LandPricer Investor costs 39 USD a month billed yearly and Pro costs 99 USD a month billed yearly, with a value, range, confidence label and max offer on every parcel. Acres Plus at 7.49 USD a month covers the map side if you still want it.
