Pebble REI plans and prices
Pebble is a CRM and mail platform built for land investors. The figures below come from Pebble's own pricing page as we read it in October 2026. Pebble does not list a month to month rate for the current plans on that page, so budget on the yearly numbers and ask for the monthly price on the trial call.
| Plan | Price billed yearly | Users | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Growth | 229 USD a month, about 2,748 USD a year | 3 | 3 phone numbers for calls and texts, unlimited property records, due diligence map, follow up templates for text, email and mail, deal automations, AI agent connector |
| Team | 429 USD a month, about 5,148 USD a year | Unlimited | Everything in Growth, 6 phone numbers, API access, a dedicated success manager and live one on one support |
| Managed | Quoted on a call | Unlimited | Everything in Team, plus a campaign manager, template design, list review, qualified lead hand off and monthly reviews |
Pebble's pricing has moved more than once. Earlier versions of the same page showed three tiers called Starter, Growth and Scale at 147, 227 and 387 USD a month billed yearly, or 160, 248 and 422 USD billed monthly, and a free tier with pay as you go mail. If you find an older price quoted in a review, that is why.
Pebble add ons and usage costs
The plan fee is the fixed part. These are the extras Pebble lists on the same page.
| Add on | Price |
|---|---|
| Extra user | 30 USD |
| Extra phone number for calls and texts | 12 USD |
| Extra 50 GB of storage | 5 USD |
| Extra parcel data pulls | 0.05 USD a record |
| LandLeads seller website | 59 USD a month billed yearly, 69 USD monthly |
| LandList buyer website | 59 USD a month billed yearly, 69 USD monthly |
| Printing and postage | Charged per piece when you mail, rate not published |
Pebble says mail is pay as you go with no minimums and no contracts, and that the mailing rate is the same on every plan. It does not post the per piece rate publicly, so get it in writing before you plan a monthly drop. REsimpli, a competitor, publishes its own estimate that a Pebble Growth account with the websites runs about 347 USD a month all in. Treat a competitor's math with care, but it is a fair reminder that the plan price is not the whole bill.
What a year of Pebble really costs a land team
Here is our arithmetic for a two person land business on Growth, mailing 1,000 letters a month, with one seller website. Mail is shown at a typical 0.60 to 1.00 USD a letter for print and postage, because Pebble's own rate is quoted privately.
| Line | First year cost |
|---|---|
| Pebble Growth, billed yearly | 2,748 USD |
| LandLeads seller website, billed yearly | 708 USD |
| Extra parcel pulls, 10,000 records at 0.05 USD | 500 USD |
| Print and postage, 12,000 letters | 7,200 to 12,000 USD |
| Total before buying any land | about 11,000 to 16,000 USD |
The software is roughly a quarter of the budget. The mail is most of it, which is why the price you print on each letter matters more than any line above. A letter with an offer 30 percent too high wastes postage on a deal you will back out of, and one 30 percent too low gets thrown away.
What Pebble's price does not include
Pebble runs the campaign: lists, mail, calls, texts, follow ups and the deal pipeline. Its pricing page lists a due diligence property map and parcel data pulls, but no comparable sales engine, no market value per parcel and no confidence level on a number. The offer price on each letter still comes from you, usually a percentage of the county's assessed value or a spreadsheet of comps you pull by hand.
That is the step LandPricer covers. Upload the list you are about to send through Pebble and every row comes back with a market value from adjusted land comps, a High, Medium or Low confidence label and a max offer for your exit. Low confidence rows get flagged so you can pull them or price them by hand before the letters print. The bulk land pricing page shows the file in and the file out, and the post on blind offer pricing software covers how to keep bad offers out of the mail.
On Team, where every acquisition rep has a seat, it also helps to route each inbound seller lead to the right rep by county or deal size, so a reply to a priced offer is called back the same day.
Pebble pricing compared with other land CRMs and data tools
Land teams usually compare Pebble with other land focused CRMs and with the data tool that sits next to them. Entry prices at the time of writing, from each vendor's public page or from the comparison pages they publish.
| Tool | Entry price | What it is for |
|---|---|---|
| Pebble REI | Growth 229 USD a month billed yearly | Land CRM, mail, calls, texts and deal pipeline |
| Investment Dominator | 197 USD a month, as reported in Land Profit Generator cost reviews | CRM sold with the Land Profit Generator course |
| REsimpli | Solo 249 USD a month, as listed by REsimpli | General real estate investor CRM with calling |
| Land Portal | Starter 59 USD a month plus per lead fees | Land leads, maps and filters |
| LandPricer | Investor 39 USD a month billed yearly, Pro 99 USD | Land value, comps, confidence and a max offer per parcel, plus a CRM for 1 user on Pro |
A common stack is a lead source, a pricing tool and a CRM. If you need full mail and phone automation for a team, Pebble does that job and LandPricer prices the list before it goes in. If you are a solo investor mailing a few hundred letters a month, LandPricer Pro at 99 USD a month billed yearly includes 5,000 bulk pricing rows, 250 owner and skip trace records and an acquisition CRM for 1 user, which may cover you until volume justifies a dedicated land CRM. Compare the CRM side on our land CRM page.
Is Pebble worth the price?
Pebble is worth it for a land business that already mails every month and wants the whole campaign, from list to closing, in one place with land specific fields. The Growth plan replaces a spreadsheet, a mail house login and a texting app for three people. The Team plan makes sense once you have more than three reps or want the API.
It is harder to justify for a new investor who has not sent a first campaign. 2,748 USD a year before a single letter is a lot of fixed cost, and Pebble cannot tell you what to offer. Start with the price on each parcel, send a small test mailing and add the CRM when the replies come in faster than you can track them.
Pebble REI pricing questions
How much does Pebble REI cost?
Pebble REI costs 229 USD a month billed yearly on the Growth plan with 3 users, and 429 USD a month billed yearly on the Team plan with unlimited users and API access. A Managed plan with a campaign manager is quoted on a call. Mail, extra users, phone numbers and parcel pulls are billed on top.
How much is the Pebble CRM per month?
On the current pricing page Pebble shows only the yearly billed monthly rate, 229 USD for Growth and 429 USD for Team. An earlier version listed month to month rates of 160, 248 and 422 USD for its old Starter, Growth and Scale tiers. Ask for the current monthly rate during the 7 day trial.
Does Pebble REI have a free trial?
Yes. Pebble offers a 7 day free trial on the Growth and Team plans, and says there are no minimums or contracts on mail, which is paid as you go. Managed has no trial and starts with a call.
Does Pebble include direct mail?
Pebble prints and mails letters and postcards from inside the CRM, but postage and printing are charged per piece on top of the plan. Pebble says the mail rate is the same on every plan and does not publish it, so ask for the per piece price before you plan a monthly drop.
Does Pebble price land or pull comps?
Pebble's pricing page lists a due diligence property map and parcel data pulls, not a comps engine or a market value per parcel. Investors usually set the offer from assessed value or a separate pricing tool. LandPricer adds a market value, comps, a confidence label and a max offer to every row of the list before it goes into Pebble.
What are the best Pebble alternatives for land investors?
Land investors usually compare Pebble with Investment Dominator, Landspeed, LG Pass and general investor CRMs such as REsimpli. For the pricing step none of them replace, LandPricer prices every parcel on the list. If you already pay for a lead platform, see our Land Portal alternative page.
