Investment Dominator plans and prices
Investment Dominator is the CRM and deal software from the Jack Bosch team, the one the Land Profit Generator course is built around. The figures below come from its own pricing page as we read it in October 2026. Every plan is offered with monthly or yearly billing, and yearly billing saves about a quarter on Basic and less on the two upper plans.

The pricing page does not list a free trial, a setup fee or paid add ons. A competitor's comparison page mentions a one time setup fee, and Investment Dominator itself mentions onboarding on every plan without a price, so ask the sales team before you pay.
What each Investment Dominator plan includes
Every plan includes onboarding, the AI Copilot, Property IQ for property research, a setup wizard, online support and training, letter and document templates, a document and campaign generator, research tools and calculators, a task manager and a buying website where sellers can reach you.
The difference between the plans is the selling side and integrations:
- Basic has an acquisition campaign manager, one user and the buying website. It is a plan for one investor learning the method.
- Pro replaces that with an acquisition and disposition manager, adds a selling website for listing the land you own, a listing and ad generator, API and Zapier access and 6 users.
- Pro Plus keeps everything in Pro, adds 4 more users and raises leads from 100 to 2,000 a month and skip traces from 25 to 50.
For most land investors the real choice is Basic or Pro. Basic covers buying. Pro is the first plan that helps you sell, and selling is where a land flip makes its money.
What Investment Dominator really costs in the first year
The plan is only one line in the budget. Here is our arithmetic for a solo investor on Pro, billed yearly, who mails 1,000 offers a month and skip traces the owners who are hardest to reach.

At this volume the CRM is 13 to 20 percent of the year and the mail is most of the rest. That is why the number printed on each offer letter matters more than the software bill. A letter with an offer far above the market wastes postage when the seller accepts and you cannot resell at a profit, and a letter far below it wastes postage when nobody calls back.
Per lead, Basic works out to about 0.97 USD for each of its 100 monthly leads billed yearly, Pro to about 1.66 USD, and Pro Plus to about 0.15 USD because it includes 2,000. If you mail more than a few hundred letters a month, the included leads on Basic and Pro will not cover the list and you will buy data elsewhere.
What the price does not include, and where the offer number comes from
Investment Dominator lists Property IQ and research calculators on every plan. Its pricing page does not list a comps engine that adjusts each land sale for access, flood zone or wetlands, a value range per parcel or a confidence label. In practice many users still set the offer as a flat percentage of assessed value or pull comps by hand for each callback.
